Our clients are the dearest people for us. We study carefully for the quality of execution of all orders and can guarantee that your portrait will be executed in proper way and by skilled artists.

Our artists will turn Your ordinary photographs into original majestic oil paintings, using thereat only the finest paints and canvas. Each painting is definitely hand created work with no use of any computer aided techniques.

Before sending Your portrait, we will send You the photo of that portrait for Your review. You may accept the order or suggest any changes. If You are satisfied with our work done after viewing the photo, we will send it to Your address.

In the case of non satisfaction of the portrait by You, please, reply to us and clearly state the reason for Your dissatisfaction and mention all the changes You would like to have made. We will address these changes and send You a 2 proof with touch-ups for Your approval.

If everything is okay, we will then send the portrait to Your shipping address.

We use only qualitative materials:

	Canvas - all portraits are executed solely on the very qualitative natural (cotton, flax) canvas.

	Paper - we use paper of such famous producers as CANSON, FABRIANO (paper produced by FABRIANO were used by many famous artists Michelangelo Buanorotty, Raphael, Albrecht Durer), Sankt-Petersburg paper factory Gosznak , North-Western timber industrial company ( Sankt-Petersburg).

	Paints, pastel, pencils - during execution of an order our artists use harmless ecopaints (IDROIL, VAN DYCK, OIL MASTER, the paints-producing factory "Nevskaya Palitra", "Belye nochi", "MASTER-CLASS", "Ladoga", TINTORETTO" and others ), pastel (Rembrandt Soft Pastels, FERRARIO, CRETACOLOR, KOH-I-NOOR and others) and qualitative pencils.
